The JBF Paediatric Specialty Unit (JBFPSU) is the first multi-disciplinary, family-centered children’s ward in the english-speaking Caribbean. It is located at the Wendy Fitzwilliam Paediatric Hospital, Mount Hope. This unit allows for the provision of significantly higher levels of medical care to the children of T&T and the Caribbean region with a focus on treatment for children with cancer.
Launched on Friday 14th November 2008, the project was initiated and spearheaded by the JBF team and we are very grateful for the support from the Board of Directors as well as the Management and staff of the North Central Regional Health Authority (NCRHA).
