Since its launch in 2007, The Just Because Foundation has been honored with a number of prestigious awards

1. Trinidad Express “Individual of The Year Award” 2008	2. First Caribbean International Bank – Unsung Heroes Award 2008
3. Gayelle the Channel – Pierrot Award for Community Service 2008	4. Miss World Pageant-2008 Best Charity Project in the World. Gabrielle Walcott captured the ‘Beauty with a Purpose’ Title.
5. Ministry of Health – Certificates of Recognition Public Health Sector Quality Awards 2009	6. National Association for the Empowerment of African People (NAEAP) Humanitarian Service Award 2010
7. The Sports Company of Trinidad and Tobago – Spirit of Sport Award (S.O.S.A.)- ‘Sport for a Social Cause’ 2013 winner for the JBF Kiddi K – Children’s Walk Against Cancer	8. On May 12th 2018, Chevaughn & Noel were presented with the Anthony N. Sagba Caribbean Award for Excellence (ANSCAFE) in the Category Public & Civic Contributions.
